Dr. Lisa Korus embodies this philosophy through her expert approach to plastic and reconstructive surgery. With over a decade of specialized training experience, Dr. Korus has dedicated her career to helping women feel more confident, starting with their breasts. She completed her medical and surgical training at the University of Alberta and furthered her expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery through additional fellowships at the University of Western Ontario and the University of Toronto.
Her academic achievements, including a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, reflect her commitment to excellence and improving patient outcomes. Beyond her technical skills, Dr. Korus is passionate about providing individualized care. She works closely with each patient, crafting personalized surgical plans that align with their body goals and unique vision of beauty.
Dr. Korus is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the Alberta Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Canadian Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. She is also the Site Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Grey Nuns Hospital in Edmonton and actively mentors the next generation of surgeons. Her deep expertise in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery gives her an unmatched perspective, allowing her to solve even the most complex aesthetic challenges with precision.
